There's a renewal record for Here comes Mr. Jordan in the catalog of copyright entries for January-June 1969: R463888. The page is partially torn off, so only part of the record is visible (it's the second one listed that "here comes", which matches the original registration date [22Jul47]). However the film is clearly listed in the index.

Is there technical any reason why this renewal would be invalid? Or was it just overlooked when the film was uploaded to the archive?

When I uploaded it I was fairly ignorant of copyright laws. Several of my early uploads were taken down. I had no idea Here Comes Mr. Jordan was still under copyright.
